All registration fees for the Annual Talent Show are strictly non-refundable. By completing and submitting your registration form and payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Policy Details:
a). No Refunds for Withdrawal: We do not issue refunds if a participant decides to withdraw from the talent show for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, illness, or change of mind.
b). No Refunds for Non-Selection: If the talent show involves an audition or selection process and you are not selected to perform in the final show, the registration fee remains non-refundable, as it covers the cost of processing your application and audition time.
c). Event Cancellation (by Organiser): In the unlikely event that the Annual Talent Show is cancelled entirely by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of their AED 80.00 registration fee.
d). Event Postponement/Rescheduling: If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds will not be issued in this circumstance.
e). We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which allows us to finalize planning and secure necessary resources for the event based on confirmed registrations.
